About Kristen
Hi, I'm Kristen, the founder of SheTeaz.
For years, I struggled with PCOS, painful periods, heavy bleeding, and fertility challenges. I often left doctor's appointments feeling discouraged because I was told everything looked normal, even though I knew something wasn't right.
A trip to Ghana changed my perspective on wellness. I learned about traditional herbs, slowing down, and taking better care of myself from the inside out. That experience inspired me to create SheTeaz—a brand that encourages women to make time for themselves through nourishing teas, wholesome meals, and daily wellness rituals.
Today, I'm blessed to be the mom of a beautiful two-year-old, and I'm passionate about helping other women feel supported, encouraged, and never alone on their own wellness journey.
